Topcoach Planner does its best to deliver quality only.
Despite our care and attention, it may happen that our product is not as desired, or turns out to be damaged. In this case, follow the procedure below:
• Send an e-mail to: retour@topcoachplanner.nl with the subject "Return form request".
• The email must clearly contain your name, order number and a description as well as photos of the product in which the defect is clearly visible.
• We will examine the mail, and, upon approval, email the "return form" back to you.
• You fill out the return form completely and follow the steps described therein.
Return reviews
We cannot guarantee the warranty of your product until it has been examined and determined that it is covered by the warranty. Our experts will review your request and you will then receive instructions via email regarding the procedure to follow. Once we have determined that the warranty may apply and we have received the defective product, we will send you a replacement product if available. If we discover that the item is not covered by the warranty conditions, the product will be returned to you, at your expense, and without monetary compensation. However, we will contact you to see if we can find a mutual and suitable solution.
The warranty on our planner is invalid if: We do not consider the following to be manufacturing defects, so this is not covered by our warranty: loose pages, scratches on the cover or pages, bends and dents in the rings, loose material in planners, traces or described page due to normal use.
Returns

- If you decide within 14 days of receiving your order that you do not want the planner, you can return it to us. To do this, you must follow the above steps of the procedure.
- Please note that returns will only be accepted if the original packaging and contents including the product label are undamaged. Even if they are provided with a logo, they can no longer be returned. The costs for a return shipment must be paid by the buyer.
- When you receive your order, you should immediately check the product for visible defects. In the event of defects (visible or invisible), please contact us via our contact page. They will further explain the return procedure and the applicable conditions to you. They will confirm this by email.
- In case of damage or incorrectly delivered products, you can choose to be refunded to your bank account or you can still receive the original product.
5. In case of damage, we only do this if the damage is reported on the next business day after receipt. We therefore expect you to check your package immediately upon receipt for any damage. The product can only be resent if the product is in stock.

6. Adjustments to the amount payable or the reimbursement of the amount already paid is as follows:
iDeal: within one week of receipt of your return shipment, the money will be deposited into your account.
